About me

I’ve worked for over 20 years as a doctor in the NHS. Alongside my medical career I have always been fascinated by what makes different people tick and how people can really be themselves. I have also trained to degree level in psychology and personal development – and more recently, in image consultancy. My aims are to help women feel good about themselves – through inner understanding and by projecting a confident, congruent self to others.
